The interface design is quite good, as well as the several navigational tools and aids, with standardized content organization. Sitemap, FAQ and multiple-keyword search are provided. Retrieved documents can be downloaded in their original format.
Searchability 
Multiple tools and a keyword search feature are available also for non-members, yet only in the main catalogues. HUL community can access developed search options for all archives
Downloading
Retrievable materials and metainfo can be saved and downloaded in their original formats, also for free retrievable records
Navigational Aids
A FAQ file, a sitemap and other help tools are provided to ease navigation in an environment that sometimes could be intimidating
User Friendliness
A good standardized website design and content organization is the standard here; an undergoing Harvard-Google project will dramatically increase Internet access to the Library holdings.
