H-Net
Content 
As an international consortium of scholars and teachers, H-Net provides about 1,000 reviews a year and discussion networks on specific topics, all managed by volunteers (usually young scholars) in the fields of humanities and social sciences.
Selection 
Reviewers and editors can be nominated or be volunteers. A specific knowledge in the field is required. H-Net advisory boards assists the peer-reviewing process and the development of multimedia content by following a set of transparent and qualitative criteria
Format
By integrating several networks content, H-Net provides full-text reviews and uses the ICTs to enables free exchange of academic ideas and scholarly resources.
Information density
With over 10,000 books and multimedia reviews per year and its sponsorship of over 100 free electronic, interactive newsletters, H-net represents a rich open forum between authors and their readers
Content Pertinence to Political Science
Reviews and other services offered by H-Net are related with humanities and social sciences but no specific area seems to be dedicated to PS. However, database search retrieves many PS records
