Free browsing and search through the library annotated catalogue. Abstracts and metadata are retrievable also by non-Sciences-Po members, while most resources included in the e-catalogue are not accessible for external users.
Fee Policy 
First navigation, search and retrieval is open and free, while full access to resources is allowed only to authorized public from Sciences-Po campus or campus-connected machines
Free Retrieved Material
Full-text records in the E-catalogue can be downloaded but only by authorized public and by campus machines, while abstracts are retrievable almost for all records by all users. Moreover, articles and books in the library catalogues are briefly, or more in detail, annotated
